Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply when you enquire, book, attend an appointment or purchase any treatment, product, course or voucher from N7 Aesthetics ("N7", "we", "us"). By booking with or visiting us, you confirm that you have read and accept them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

About us and our regulation

N7 Aesthetics is a doctor and nurse-led aesthetics clinic based at 260 Pentonville Rd, London N1 9JY, United Kingdom. Our clinicians are registered with their respective professional regulators (the General Medical Council for doctors and the Nursing and Midwifery Council for nurses), practise only within the scope of their training and competence, and work to the standards set by their regulator, including the requirements on consent, record keeping and continuing professional development. Registration details are available on request.

We hold medical malpractice and public liability insurance arranged through Hamilton Fraser (Cosmetic Insure), the UK's leading insurer for non-surgical aesthetic practitioners. Cover is held for every treatment listed on our price list, and our practice standards follow the recommended best practice agreed between Hamilton Fraser and the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP). Confirmation of cover is available on request.

Prescription-only medicines, including botulinum toxin, are prescribed only following a face-to-face consultation and physical assessment with a qualified prescriber. We do not prescribe remotely, by telephone or video, or at the request of a third party. UK advertising rules prevent us from naming or promoting prescription-only medicines in our marketing; brand options will be discussed with you in consultation.

Eligibility

  • Treatments are available only to those aged 18 and over. In line with the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, we do not provide botulinum toxin or dermal filler treatments for cosmetic purposes to anyone under 18, with or without parental consent. Photo ID may be requested.
  • We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and certain medical conditions, medications or previous treatments may mean a treatment is unsuitable.
  • We may decline or postpone treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it is not appropriate, safe, or in your best interests, including where expectations cannot realistically be met or where signs of body dysmorphic disorder are present. Where we decline, we will explain why and, where appropriate, signpost alternatives.

Consultation, consent and cooling-off

Every new treatment begins with a consultation covering your medical history, goals, the treatment options, realistic outcomes, risks, side effects, aftercare, alternatives (including doing nothing) and costs. Written informed consent is taken before any treatment and is specific to that treatment and appointment.

You may withdraw consent at any point before treatment, and you are never obliged to proceed on the day. Where a treatment is more complex, irreversible, or where you would like more time, we will offer a separate consultation and a cooling-off period before treating.

You are responsible for giving full, accurate and current medical information, including medications, supplements, allergies, previous aesthetic treatments and any planned dental work, vaccinations or surgery. Withholding relevant information may make treatment unsafe and may affect our liability.

Bookings, deposits and payment

  • Treatments are booked through our booking system and are confirmed only once a non-refundable deposit of £40 has been received. Deposits are redeemable against the cost of your treatment.
  • Consultations are charged at £20 on the same non-refundable terms. Your treatment deposit or consultation fee remains redeemable against the cost of any treatment booked within 3 months of your original appointment, so you are never rushed into a decision. It is redeemable once, against a single treatment, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Prices shown on our website and price list are in pounds sterling and are indicative; your final price will be confirmed in writing at consultation before you consent. We reserve the right to change published prices, but not after a price has been confirmed for a booked treatment.
  • Payment is due in full on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept card and bank transfer.
  • Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are purchased for a named individual, are non-transferable, and are valid for 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, cannot be exchanged for cash, and remain subject to consultation: if treatment is clinically unsuitable, the value may be used against an alternative suitable treatment or product.

Results, reviews and top-ups

Aesthetic medicine is not an exact science. While we work to achieve the outcome discussed with you, individual results vary with anatomy, metabolism, lifestyle, skin quality and aftercare, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Some treatments require a course, and results are temporary and will need maintenance.

Where clinically appropriate, we offer a review appointment around two weeks after anti-wrinkle treatment. Any adjustment considered clinically necessary at that review is included; further product requested beyond the agreed treatment plan, or after that review window, is charged separately.

Aftercare and your responsibilities

You will be given written aftercare advice and must follow it. Please contact us promptly if you have any concern following treatment. We provide aftercare support for all treatments carried out at N7, and access to urgent advice, including access to hyaluronidase where clinically indicated for dermal filler complications. Failing to follow aftercare, or seeking treatment elsewhere for a complication without contacting us first, may affect the support we can offer.

Photography and records

Clinical photographs are a normal part of safe practice and are taken for your medical record with your consent. Consultation notes, consent forms and before and after photographs are held securely and retained for a minimum of 10 years, in line with the record-keeping requirements of our indemnity cover and professional guidance. Photographs are only used in marketing, social media or teaching if you give separate, specific, written consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We do not accept recording of consultations or treatments without our prior agreement.

Chaperones and accompanying persons

You are welcome to request a chaperone for any consultation or treatment. For safety and confidentiality reasons, children cannot be left unaccompanied in the clinic, and we ask that friends or family remain in the waiting area during treatment unless agreed in advance.

Data protection

We process your personal data, including special category health data, in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data is held on UK-based infrastructure, retained in line with clinical record retention requirements, and never sold. Full details of your rights, our lawful bases and how to contact us or the Information Commissioner's Office are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints and concerns

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please tell us as soon as possible by emailing info@n7aesthetics.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days, explaining our findings and any action taken. Where a concern needs clinical review, we may invite you for a face-to-face assessment and will document our findings in your record.

If we cannot resolve your complaint between us, you may refer it to an independent, government-approved consumer redress scheme. Our practitioners are covered by the Cosmetic Redress Scheme, and we will provide the referral details on request, as required by the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes Regulations 2015.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to services carried out with reasonable care and skill. Where a treatment is arranged at a distance (for example a booking made online), any statutory cancellation rights that apply are set out in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Except where the law does not allow it, our liability for any claim relating to a treatment is limited to the amount paid for that treatment. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for side effects, complications or outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete medical information, failure to follow aftercare, or treatments performed elsewhere.

Behaviour in clinic

We ask all clients to treat our team and other clients with respect. We may end an appointment or decline future bookings in cases of abusive, discriminatory, threatening or intoxicated behaviour.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation or clinical practice. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
