Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?

Yes, for most treatments we require a consultation first. This gives us time to understand your goals, assess your suitability and design a plan that's right for you.

How long do treatments last?

It depends on the treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3–4 months; fillers 9–18 months. Chemical peels give a fresher, brighter complexion for around 4–6 weeks and work best as a course of 3–6. Microneedling stimulates collagen over 3–6 months, with a course of 3–4 sessions recommended and top-ups every 6–12 months. Vitamin B12 and NAD+ shots are wellbeing boosters rather than long-lasting treatments, with effects felt for a few weeks and courses usually given weekly or monthly.

Is there downtime?

Most treatments allow you to return to normal activity straight away. Mild swelling or bruising is possible, we'll always brief you on what to expect.
