We understand that plans change. To keep our clinic running smoothly and fairly for all clients, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits and consultation fees
A deposit of £40 is required to secure all treatments and £20 for consultations and is redeemable against the cost of your treatment. Deposits and consultation fees are 100% non-refundable. If you cancel or do not attend, the amount paid is retained in full.
Your deposit or consultation fee remains redeemable against the cost of any treatment booked within 3 months of your original appointment. We never want you to feel rushed into a decision, so this gives you time to consider your options, ask further questions, and proceed only when you feel ready. The amount is redeemable once, against a single treatment, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients.
